How do I apply?

Will you ship the diapers to me?

If you do not have a local community chapter, we can ship the diapers to you at no cost (though if you are able to donate a small amount to cover shipping we greatly appreciate it!).

When will I hear back after I’ve applied?

You should receive a confirmation email if your application has been recieved. We will process applications within 48-72 hours from submission however delays can occur.  Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as our email correspondence can end up there.

I applied a while ago and haven’t heard back. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder in case our email correspondences have went there. If you still don’t see it, please email apply@clothforall.org to ensure we’ve received your application.

My documents won’t upload to the application. What should I do?

Sometimes the application won’t accept files that are too large. You can decrease the size of your file and try uploading again. Another option is to upload a substitute file or picture, and then email your documents after completing your application first to apply@clothforall.org 

What is required to apply?

To apply we require proof of residency and proof of your child or pregnancy. If you are applying under our Operation Fluffy Bums program, you will also need proof of military status. For our Special Needs Fluff program, you will also need documentation of medical need. A full list of accepted documents can be found here:

What is the minimum income requirement to apply?

There is no minimum income requirement. Families are not required to show proof of government assistance. If you are a family struggling to afford diapers for your child, you qualify.

My child is 2 years old. Would I still qualify for a loan?

Yes. If your child is still wearing diapers, you may apply.

I don’t feel comfortable submitting personal information to your site. Is there another way to apply?

Unfortunately no. When scanning or photographing documents to be submitted on your application, be sure to cover up or block out any sensitive information such as social security numbers, account numbers, etc. All information is stored on a password protected server and is only reviewed by our small trusted application team. We do not share your information with anyone outside of that team. 

My application was approved. When will I get the diapers?

Typically within two weeks of your approval. Once you are approved, you are assigned to the closest chapter to you and the Chapter President is notified. If you live close by, your Chapter President will contact you to arrange a time to meet to give you the diapers. If you live too far away, the diapers will be shipped to you via USPS. If you have not heard from your Chapter President within two weeks of your approval, please email us at apply@clothforall.org.

Generally, a smaller business is more flexible, while larger businesses, or those with wider ownership or more formal structures, will usually tend to be organized as corporations or (less often) partnerships.
